    Superb

the nice big room and how calm it was. Also the Pool was amazing and expecially the view.

Pitty that Internet is not included in the price. We didn't have breakfast at Isrotel becaucse it was too expensive. The Pool closes alreadyat 5 pm what is defenately to early!!

    Superb

We liked the location It is steps from the beach, the view from the hotel of the beach and the city was amazing the pool on the roof was nice and the suite was large and comfortable.

    Superb

The hotel offers spacious accomodation with much larger rooms than other comparable hotels in Tel Aviv. It is not on the beach, but within walking distance and just a few steps away from important avenues such as Ben Yehuda and Allenby. The hotel is very clean and well kept and the staff particularly friendly and professional. The description of the hotel facilities indicated "free parking" for all guests. When we arrived to the hotel the staff objected that for junior suites parking was not included and that we would have to pay for it. We showed them the print-out of the booking with the indication of "free parking" and they immediately said that the hotel would cover the cost of the parking. Convenient parking in tlv, particularly near the beach is almost impossible and the parking of the hotel is a great asset. The view of tlv from the roof swimming pool is breathtaking.

The first four floors of the hotel building are offices, the subsequent two floors are parking spaces (floor six is an open air parking space). If your room is on floor 7 and has a city view you are going to see a barren parking lot from your room. Ask for rooms on higher floors or the sides of the hotel building. Our room was on floor seven with a view on the parking lot, but the hotel staff was understanding and they changed it to a room on floor eight on the side with a view of both the city and the sea.

    Very good

Rooms were good size. Location was great.

Did not like the fact that they charged for wifi and it was on a per device basis. So 2 phones and laptp means triple the price. Also did not like fact that after I booked, the small print said the room excluded breakfast. A business hotel should include breakfast in the rates. As they had a kitchenette in the room, it would have been nice to be givena bit of fruit and soem fresh milk on arrival.

This is an apartment complex with hotel rooms, not a hotel. Irs not beachfront so you have to walk to beach. Did not have that 5 star appeal

    Very good

The room was nice and spacious. The pool on the rooftop is great.

Although the pool on the rooftop is great, it is only open until 17:00. It would be fantastic to have a dip in the evening after sundown. The staff at the reception was very helpful. However, on the day we left when we came back from breakfast and wanted to take a quick shower and pack our staff we found ourselves in one of the most sureal situations in a hotel ever. We came back to find around 4 maintenace worker in our suite with parts of our thrown on the floor starting to do renovations in our room... when asked what was going on they answered "just two hours, the cleaning lady told us we can go in". This is simply unaccetable for a 4 or 5 star hotel. I had the reception to clear the room which they did. They apologized but nevertheless it left a bitter taste on what was actually a very nice stay. Also, for a hotel in that price category the WiFi should be included. To be fair we knew about that beforehand - however, you need to pay for each device seperately.

Very large room and bathroom with lounge and kitchen very clean not short of anything! Lovely place and location for a holiday in Tel Aviv

No wifi in the rooms only in the breakfast room downstairs - that is crazy! Almost everywhere today the internet connection is free resturants, coffee shops etc - why should we have to pay?

    Very good

Very convinient location. All the rooms are suites, you have fully equiped kitchen, large living room. Large balcony with fantastic sea view. You can always use their computers in the lobby for free. Very prompt and polite service. Nice pool on the roof, you are allowed to bring your food and drinks.

They should defenitely improve the cleaning service. I left tip every day, but it seems like cleaning service doesnot exist. I think they might only clean the room between the guests. There is no spa, restaurant in the lobby is really poor. Price is way too high.

    Good

Fair value for money, all necessary facilities in place. Staff was rather friendly and helpful.Great iew from the balcony.

The hotel is old, and you see this everywhere. Breakfast was rather poor, though not bad. Getting fees for internet is mauvaistone

    Fabulous

The studio room was very large and air condition worked perfectly. It had got all the necessary things to cook.

Studio rooms are very large but although I specified a room with clear sea wiew they have put me to a room which was quite difficult to see the sea.. The personnel on the reception was a bit too "cool".They need to smile more I think. The fact that they are charging more than 20 dollars for internet is a negative point too.

    Very good

This Hotel has got to have one of the highest pools in Tel Aviv, sat on the 30th Floor the rooftop pool truly amazing! Sunshine all the time, never got to busy even on Shabat. I would recommend it for this alone. The suites are a good size and are well equipped with everything you need. Helpful staff. Nice Lobby and the location is great.

Faded glory would be the best way to describe the fixtures and fittings, all a bit seventies. Could really do with new furniture and a decent lick of paint. They charge you for everything, really expensive WiFi access 90NIS for an hour, $24 for 6 expresso capsules? Not really befitting a five star hotel.

    Superb

Great location. Large, comfortable, well equipped suites. Friendly, helpful & professional staff. Loved the rooftop pool and the views from it.

Unattractive entrances to the hotel through ugly small shopping corridor, leaves bad first impression.

    Superb

The room was spacious, very clean and the beach view was very nice(I would say excellent, if there was not the hotel in front, to slice the view in two pieces). The staff was helpfull and smily, I recomend this hotel to both business and leasure travellers.

I was on the 9th floor and still could here some noise of the street. Not that it was too much bothering, but still. It is located on a very busy street, and the entrance is not very well visible from there, you have to enter in the little "tunnel" to find it
